Tell Me About Yourself

Well, I'm a software engineer with about 8 years of experience. I currently live in the Bay Area and I've spent the majority of my career at various Big Tech companies, most recently at Google working on distributed systems for data processing. I'm passionate about building scalable and reliable infrastructure, and I enjoy tackling complex challenges with a focus on clean, maintainable code.

Before Google, I was at Amazon, where I focused on backend development for their e-commerce platform. This involved a lot of work with large datasets and optimizing query performance. That's where I learned a lot about the importance of understanding different database technologies and their respective strengths and weaknesses.

Beyond just writing code, I really enjoy working collaboratively with teams to design effective solutions. I value clear communication and believe in fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

I'm now looking for a role where I can continue to grow my skills in distributed systems and contribute to a challenging and impactful project. I'm particularly interested in companies that prioritize innovation and have a strong engineering culture.

I'm also a big believer in continuous learning. Outside of work, I spend time exploring new technologies and contributing to open-source projects. Recently, I've been diving into Rust and exploring serverless architectures. I'm eager to apply my skills and experience to a new opportunity and contribute to a company's success.
