Fast growth, cross-training, a good campus, plenty of parking, and numerous opportunities.
Lots of overtime after working hours. No checks on senior team members. Didn't find an independent team where you can lodge your complaint anonymously.
Please take care of low-tier engineers. I know they are learning, but the right attitude and environment should be present in the team.
