Process
First contact was made at a job fair. About a month after applying, I received an invite to do an online programming test through Codility.
A couple of weeks after that, I got invited to their SuperDay in NYC.
There were two 30-minute interviews with a mixture of behavioral and technical questions. The technical questions were pretty basic.
I received an offer about two weeks later.

The interviewer asked questions based on my resume. They went through a list on their laptop and typed in my answers.
