Process

The process started at the career fair, followed by an on-campus interview. This interview was half behavioral and half technical.

After this, you are moved on to a phone interview round. This round is also half behavioral and half technical, though the technical questions become more abstract.

Overall, the process was not too bad. The recruiters seemed to have freedom to move around within the company and to advance, suggesting that the company is structured nicely.
