The worst management I have ever worked for. The culture is an atmosphere of fear. Failure to hire over the long term has resulted in a stagnant computing environment. This company is far behind all telecommunication and entertainment companies in IT offerings and consumer products. Your skills and dedication will not be recognized at AT&T.
Do yourself and AT&T a favor: retire.
At the time I was hired, they were so desperate to fix problematic systems that they never reviewed my skills and accomplishments. None of my references was ever contacted. The interview was short, and I was given a chance to ask questions.
It was a very fast process for the first round. After the interview, they sounded like this would be the final round and confirmation would be sent soon, which I got right away, stating they were impressed with me. Later, they said there would be one
