Cons: We're going through a heavy "metafication." Stack ranking. They keep track of your pull request count, number of interviews, and number of participations in HOTs and post-incident reviews. All of that counts when they do the performance review. Big products move slow. Teams working on the same area of the product are often misaligned on changes. One team undoes what the other planned, or their work is conflicting. A lot of the focus now is to achieve the goals to get a good performance review, moving the focus from delivering a good product to the customers to producing proof that you are useful to the big corp.

Cons: Too stressful. Too much work pressure. Unrealistic deadlines. Performance review every 6 months, stack rankings, and PIP culture for the bottom 10%.
