Pros: Competitive pay, remote work, opportunity to change teams and work in different products. Lots of smart people to learn from.

Cons: We're going through a heavy "metafication." Stack ranking. They keep track of your pull request count, number of interviews, and number of participations in HOTs and post-incident reviews. All of that counts when they do the performance review. Big products move slow. Teams working on the same area of the product are often misaligned on changes. One team undoes what the other planned, or their work is conflicting. A lot of the focus now is to achieve the goals to get a good performance review, moving the focus from delivering a good product to the customers to producing proof that you are useful to the big corp.

Pros: Working conditions. Compensation. Culture is excellent. The idea of giving credit on a regular basis is very rare in the valley. Amenities. Benefits.

Cons: Somewhat reduced problem space. Size if you are into larger companies. Foreign company, although that is probably a plus (Australia).

Pros: Great culture, and they try to ensure employees follow cultural values at all levels of the company. They value employee family time and work culture. Great benefits and perks. Best medical insurance benefit.

Cons: Cross-globe team, so meeting times are going to be odd. Just be prepared for it. Growing footprint only in the Bangalore location for Engineering folks, rather than a balanced approach.
