I applied online, and the recruiter contacted me for an initial discussion.
The recruiter asked some basic questions and put me through to the next coding interviews.
I was told there would be two rounds: one focused on code design and another on data structures.
For the design round, I was asked to write code for a Snake game. I felt this was a bit odd for a code design round, as it involved using linked lists. It took a while to implement the data structure and code the core game logic, and I didn't have enough time to truly showcase my code structure or design experience.
In the second round, I was asked a vote-counting question, similar to what others have mentioned. However, the interviewer didn't explain the problem clearly, and I had to ask multiple times to get a proper understanding. This itself took the first 20 minutes. By the time I was close to completing the code, time was over, and we had to end.
I received the rejection email the very next day, and the recruiter called to provide feedback.
