The processing is fast and easy for candidates, as everything is automated. HR is very responsive and well-organized. The interview happens in three rounds. All rounds are completed in a short time, and the offer is rolled out in less than 20 days.

I was asked about my previous work, day-to-day workflow, and other behavioral questions. There was absolutely no technical assessment, which was a very strange way to filter out candidates. It was a waste of time, unfortunately.
