A lot of bureaucracy. It's very difficult to get things done. Too much overhead.

Technology Manager
The questions were quite generic. Understanding what I had done at Merrill Lynch, I asked questions pertaining to responsibilities. I had worked with the hiring manager, so the interview was with his manager and was normal.
Senior Software Engineer
It is an on-campus interview, and the aura is very relaxing. The questions are non-technical and about working experience and interest in Bank of America. I passed the first round and am looking forward to taking the final technical interviews.
Applications Developer
One phone interview with basic core Java questions for 30 minutes. The second interview is one-on-one, and you need to solve a real-time problem by writing code. Then, an interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by HR.
