Family Like Coworkers, Lean Tech
Blackrock has improved work flexibility over the years and is now making it a higher priority. Amazing work culture. I enjoy everyone I work with. Co-workers are like family to me.
Blackrock technology runs things very lean. Things could dramatically improve if they hired more resources. Innovation would improve. They need to be more open to broader technologies such as AWS.
