What a waste of time! I mean, I have interviewed at my share of companies, but this has to be the worst. Please note, I am not saying toughest, but worst. What made it even horrible is all their blog bragging and telling you that it's going to be a "Pair Programming." I wouldn't even mind the complexity if they wouldn't have advertised by saying there's going to be "Real Life" questions. At least I could have prepared for 5th standard puzzles.
