Nice environment, but lately losing talent
Very helpful people, open to full-remote work. The company has the right size to find interesting stuff to work on while not being a wear-all-hats startup.
Pay has decreased substantially with stock price. The company is trying to tighten its budget to appease shareholders, and that means more strict yearly reviewing. It's losing some talent to other companies.

Phone screen and then a full day of interviews. There were: * 3 pair programming challenges * A system design review * A prior experience interview There was also an onsite lunch with a person from the company.

There are 3 rounds of OOP. Each round has 3 sub-questions of a larger question. These questions build upon each other. You will have 45 minutes to answer them all. There will be a bonus question.
