Process
It started with a programming assignment called the Equity Challenge, using any programming language. I completed it in C++.
This had to be done before the phone interview. They used a service called HackerRank.com.
During the phone interview, they also used HackerRank.com for a programming question. It asked me to write a function to find the first unique character in a string. This was pretty straightforward, with O(n) complexity.

Tons of bloat and bureaucracy.
Not a place where you want to work if you want to work in a typical software development environment.
If you like to re-invent the wheel or work on Fortran, this place is for you.
If you want to gain real skills to help you grow technically, look elsewhere.

Pros: On average, good job security and good work-life balance. OK pay generally. May be able to work with newer technologies.
Cons: Could be political depending on teams and your manager.

Pros: If you are brand new and could not find other options, perhaps you may get your train in finance here.
Remeber, try to switch to others as soon as possible when you get a chance.
Cons: 1. One will not be surprised to find those people who did not know much will be promoted to manager's positions if they know office politics.
2. A company that is practicing the "manage people out" strategy when one becomes 40+.
3. No career path future even if working hard.
