During a round of speed hiring, Boeing recruiters and employees came to my university. I happened to see a table in the lobby of a school building and applied at the table. That night, I heard that they wanted to interview me. I scheduled an interview for the next day. The interview was typically 30 minutes, but mine ended up being an hour. They asked three questions. This was an entirely behavioral interview, which is unusual for a software engineering role.

1. Describe a recent project or internship using the STAR method.
2. Describe a project where you worked with data. I forgot the other question, but I answered using internship experience.
