I went through the accelerated hiring process. I spoke with a recruiter on campus, and the following day, I was offered an interview. All of the questions were behavioral-based and fairly straightforward. After the interview, they called me a few hours later about their decision to offer me a position.
After receiving an offer in October, I flew out to Seattle to participate in their matching event. This consisted of three interviews with various departments. Questions went both ways, and it was a chance to find the position that would be the right match for me.
