Boeing has fantastic benefits; they treat their employees very fairly.
The platforms you work on are exciting, and it's very satisfying to see your work go into a warfighter.
The technology platforms can be a bit on the old side. Because they have to operate in classified environments, you won't be using the latest and greatest until years later when it is well vetted.
The more of a bird's-eye view that employees get, the better. It's easy to get somewhat pigeonholed, without much context. Devs should have more contact time with customers directly.
