The interview process lasted about five weeks, which I felt was quite long. It began with a couple of meet-and-greets with recruiters, followed by a coding challenge with a senior developer, which I passed and found to be straightforward.
The next interview was their "remote: on-site" session, which was approximately five hours long. Candidates receive information on what to prepare and are informed that they will be building an app with React.
Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer, and that is perfectly fine. However, I am a bit annoyed, and perhaps this comes across as aggressive, because when I requested feedback on how I could improve for future interviews, I received no response. I do not expect to hear back from them.
In total, I likely spent around seven or eight hours interviewing with Brex. While I understand that companies are not obligated to provide feedback to every rejected candidate, it would have been appreciated to receive a response rather than being ghosted.
