  • The speed of development may be tough. This is a fast-paced culture!
  • If change is anxiety-producing for you, then a startup may not be for you. Brex will change whatever needs to be changed in order to succeed. This may look like a re-focus of resources to a company-wide re-org, all to serve our customers better.
  • I believe we could do a better job of getting people with a wider variety of backgrounds, but we're actively working on it.
Advice to Management

Continue to drive the company to be customer-obsessed. It is motivating for all of us to help our customers succeed.

Also, your transparency is greatly appreciated and builds trust and compassion up and down the company.
