Easy Work, Toxic Racism
Master Engineer • Current Employee
Bristol, England, United Kingdom
July 30, 2018
Pros: Good bonus, RSUs, and salary, and literally no work to do.
Cons: Beware of joining Broadcom UK as there is racism here. I would say it is the mecca of racism and with Brexit, it is quite dangerous to work here in Bristol. Also, this site doesn't have any good work and can be shut down anytime.

Poor work culture, and the CEO does not care about the employees
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Cambridge, undefined, United Kingdom
September 29, 2020
Pros: The company gives good RSU benefits.
Cons: The company is only interested in generating profits, no more, no less.
The CEO insisted we had to return to the office during lockdown, despite several arguments to the contrary, and wouldn't hear a word against it.
There appeared to be a distinct lack of interest in employees' well-being, with the insistence that a little extra money thrown at us means we should be happy.
