The interview was very calm. However, because it was a walk-in, it took a lot of time to complete the process. The interviewer asked basic programming questions using recursion.

Pros: Comme toutes les ESN, rien de spécial.
Cons: Énormément. Le client vient en premier, toujours. L'environnement est parfois toxique chez le client (pas de soutien côté Capgemini), il n'y a pas de transparence, pas d'augmentation de salaire, trop de bureaucratie, etc.

Pros: Onboarding was very smooth. Everything was going as decided, timing-wise. Once joined, the work culture is extremely nice, which actually means work-life balance as mentioned in the Capgemini logo.
