Process
I joined as a fresher through a campus drive.
The interview process consisted of three rounds:
- 1st Round: Screening test (aptitude, reasoning)
- 2nd Round: Technical interview (mainly checking our skills)
- 3rd Round: HR round (checking attitude, language proficiency)
It took a minimum of two months to send the list of selected candidates. After publishing the list, there were various time gaps for receiving offer letters for the same people.
Questions
They asked about basic SQL knowledge.
They asked me to write an algorithm for a given scenario.

Pros: Great work environment. Awesome learning experience. One certificate a year is really great for people who want to upskill themselves. People work with full dedication and honesty, which motivates me personally.
Cons: Long wait time for getting mapped into projects.
Little bit of office politics.
Some managers don't help juniors.

Pros: Salary will be credited at the end of the month.
Cons: If you didn't get the project, they'll give a 4 or 5 rating. If you get a 4 rating, they'll put you in PIP. If you fail in that, you have to resign. If you get a 5 rating, you'll be notified that you have to resign forcibly, even though they are not able to give you the project. This is how the RMG team will work.
