In the first few days, a Germany-wide onboarding was organized. Everyone offered help and was ready to assist with questions. The team spirit is truly lived here. When it comes to values, customer orientation, and employees, I have heard all of that before in previous companies. But here, the same things sound completely different – it seems convincing, and you feel that they stand behind it.
The tool landscape is partly very fragmented. This is presumably due to the strong growth. A revision and concentration would be helpful here to maintain an overview.
