Freedom to speak out as compared to Indian pure players.
Management is accessible.
Open culture and moderate workload.
Viewed by customers as a consulting company versus a pure ADM player.
Not that exciting technology-wise, as there are a lot of legacy projects. Payscale and benefits are degrading to the level of pure players.
Do not take competent people for granted, as they are the ones running projects and holding the fort for you.
Lately, compensation policies have degraded a lot (we still remember the 0% hike last year despite better company performance).
Erratic ways of granting promotions are not helping as well.
Offer work in more relevant technologies in today's world.
