Devenez humains. Respectez vos employés.
Payer vos employés, surtout s'ils sont ultra-motivés et amènent du business.
Écoutez vos employés. Le manager ne détient pas la vérité.
Sinon, ne vous étonnez pas qu'ils partent.
Ne contactez pas vos salariés quand ils sont en vacances pour des raisons bidons.
