The interview process was very lengthy and unorganized.
They utilized a "power day" interview, which consists of over four hours of back-to-back interviews. This is already a significant demand for those who are currently employed and interviewing with the company.
The next issue was that none of the interviewers seemed to know what they were asking. Numerous times, I had to ask them to repeat their questions as they had mumbled them. Then, when they attempted to reexplain, they would simply change the questions.
Finally, the worst part of the interview was the technical portion. My interviewer was on his phone the entire time. He also did not prepare the question prompt in the coding window and had another one present.
There were no test cases or test input provided. We spent 30 minutes trying to set it up before even beginning the actual question.
Overall, this experience was incredibly unprofessional, and I highly recommend reworking your interview process for technical roles.
