Brand name: Onsite Be-Well Center
There is a recent review describing nepotism, and I fully agree with that. It's so prominent and constantly demotivates people who are deprived of recognition just because of it. Even though there is a term of 360 feedback, it's just on paper. In reality, neither HR nor management bother about the actual performance or real feedback from team and peers but completely rely on the statements of the supervisor. The system lacks transparency, and if a supervisor is not honest, the only option is to move on instead of dealing with frustration.
Please pay attention to create a better work environment, eliminate nepotism, and make the evaluation system more transparent, and recognize star performers. Otherwise, we will keep losing real talent.
