Capital One does rank stacking. Once they hire people and go above a certain number for ranks, they start to put people in PIP. Unfortunately, I was one of them, even though I met all the requirements. They gave some BS excuse to put me in PIP. They set you up for failure, and my manager basically said no matter how good you do in PIP, you will get fired. It's a good job, but it's very uncertain how long you will stay there; anyone can be let go at any time.
