I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn. We discussed the life at CKO and the different open positions, as I seemed to be a good fit for various teams.
We had a first call with someone from HR and from the product team to discuss the positions (two available at the time) and resolve any doubts.
I was given a technical challenge that should take no more than a week. I delivered it, and it was assessed by one of the engineering managers.
We had a follow-up call to discuss my approach, things I would have loved to do or add to the technical challenge, pros/cons, etc.
After a quick debrief from the engineering managers, the HR contact who initially approached me presented an offer to join CKO.
Without further hesitation, I accepted the offer.
