Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The interview process is quick and transparent.

Got some feedback at the end. The questions are not hard, but it is ambiguous on purpose.

The office looks nice, with a great view in downtown SF.

The work doesn't seem very interesting. It's mostly about integrating with a lot of vendors with low volume.

Questions

1-hour technical phone screen on the CoderPad. Implement a name-matching function.

Onsite:

  • Object-oriented design
  • Refactoring exercise on bad code
  • API design: Import data from a CSV file and implement a REST API
  • Architecture design
