Worst interview I've ever had. For the first phone screen, the recruiter said that the conversation wouldn't be anything too technical, but it was a 100% technical interview, which I didn't expect at all. The recruiter also had no idea about the job he interviewed for. I only got questions that were not related to what they mentioned on the job posting.
