The process involved a coding assessment followed by a phone/video interview. I really enjoyed the process, but unfortunately, I did not receive an offer. The video interview consisted of technical questions. I was going through a family emergency at the time, which impacted my performance.

Pros: The company seems to be embracing new tech. Fair pay.
Cons: Contractors on some teams are treated with an enormous amount of disrespect by "blue badge" employees. I was one of these "blue badge" employees and hated seeing the contractors I worked with treated badly. Think rude language, lack of respect for working hours/time off, etc.
The interviewers also lied to me by omission during the interview process. The team I interviewed to join was disbanded as soon as I joined, and the work/colleagues changed as a result. Absolutely unprofessional.

Pros: 1. Awesome work culture
2. Flexible work timings
3. Great place to learn about networking in depth
4. Good hikes (depends on individual performance and business unit)
Cons: 1. Promotions are late. Moving to higher grades is a time-taking process.
2. New hires will get better packages than existing employees.
3. There is no difference in packages for Developer/Tester.
