Great Product, Poor Intern Retention

Pros: It was a very friendly environment in general, and you get to work with their product, not on some side project. They also had good programs for interns throughout the summer and kept us very engaged.
Cons: They have a poor retention policy for interns and rarely recall interns from previous years or give them full-time offers.

Pros: Nice learning experience with awesome work.
Really good location, and they treated every intern as one of their team mates.
Cons: The irregular financial activities in the market used to threaten employees about layoffs due to market crashes. I don't think there are any other problems while working with them.
