Flexibility in terms of working from home.
Also offers great tuition reimbursement.
Layoffs happened every 2 years or so (at least during the time I was there).
Managers don't have the right skill set to manage people.
Most of the managers there can seriously use an ESL class, as their communication skills are extremely poor.
Do not promote people who are your friends. Go for the right talent.

Easy. Since it was a university hire, the questions are usually very easy. Most of them are behavioral questions, and they don't go very deep. The HM is very nice and not very pushy.
