The interview process included: * A written test with approximately 40 multiple-choice questions. * This test featured aptitude questions, C programming, and networking-based questions. * Three rounds of face-to-face technical interviews.

Interviews at Cisco are quite random. Even though my first round went pretty well, I didn't get called for the next round. The interview process is about 4 rounds long, with the last being HR and two technical and one managerial round.
