As every year, there is a culture at Cisco to fire employees. So, managers take advantage of this, and as there are few networking companies, they always try to harass employees.
If anyone joins, managers directly tell them that they will not get a hike even if they perform well because they switched companies to get a good amount of hike compared to their previous employer.
