The people, at least on the Cisco Webex team, are super friendly and helpful. The work environment isn't stressful, but is well-organized and productive. The work culture is accepting.
The work itself may not be as cutting-edge and research-y, depending on your field of interest. It was a perfect internship experience nonetheless.
