It is very hard to get things done inside Cisco. The company feels like it has lost its way. The CEO announces strategies to change the culture of the company, but nothing changes, probably because it is like getting a super tanker to change direction.
The CEO may have a new strategy to be the number one IT company.
Sadly, this will not happen as too many of the upper management layers and processes are set up to sell routers.
