- Very little bureaucracy

- Prestigious network of people to work with
- Very good pay
- It's good to see that there are a lot of people who have been with the company for 10+ years, which really does mean a lot.
- A pleasantly large number of corporate-sponsored events that add color to the experience.
- Large number of perks and benefits
- Sometimes the company treats you like a number and simply wants you to do as you've been assigned.
- Planning seems to be lacking on occasion.
- Not all employees are friendly or approachable.
Invest in quality HR. They do make people happy, but if they don't have the resources or proper talent, some people in the company may feel left out/neglected and possibly leave.
