Was able to ace both interviews, with good feedback from interviewers but ghosted by the recruiting team. A deadline for another company was coming up, so I guess that's the end of the road.

Cons: - Moving too fast and growing fast, so the requirements tend to change more so than other software companies over the course of a project. - High pressure to deliver.

Pros: Clio's engineering organization is mature, competent, and transparent. A top-tier Ruby shop and a great place to learn. I absolutely recommend Clio as a place to work for engineers.

Cons: Lawyaw, one of Clio's recent acquisitions, is a disaster. Non-existent technical direction, ridiculous big bets destined for failure, egregiously toxic culture. No engineer has any chance to succeed here. Stay away until Clio steps in and does the necessary restructuring.
