Pros: Clio now has a $1B market cap, so maybe they can actually start paying market salaries.
Cons: Departments must have a firing quota, because Clio sure loves firing people. Nobody is safe, even if you're hardworking and good at your job.
Surprised to see reviews here saying that the culture is great. Those reviewers may never have had the chance to work at a company where you're treated like a human being, so maybe in a way they're right. It's pretty toxic. Basically, get ready to be gaslit by your own manager and get fired at any moment.
This is exactly the kind of company that gets to $1B market cap on the backs of a great development staff that they mistreat and underpay.
