Process
The process was standard. There was one interview with HR, followed by a technical interview.
I found a little trick, as they need to see whatever you are doing, and there is no option other than checking Stack Overflow. In the architecture interview, it was my first, and the interviewer didn't help me about it.

Cons: - Moving too fast and growing fast, so the requirements tend to change more so than other software companies over the course of a project.

Clio's engineering organization is great. Lawyaw's is not

Pros: Clio's engineering organization is mature, competent, and transparent. A top-tier Ruby shop and a great place to learn. I absolutely recommend Clio as a place to work for engineers.
Cons: Lawyaw, one of Clio's recent acquisitions, is a disaster. Non-existent technical direction, ridiculous big bets destined for failure, egregiously toxic culture. No engineer has any chance to succeed here. Stay away until Clio steps in and does the necessary restructuring.
