The interview process involved:
- 4 coding challenges
- 1 system design
- 1 interview with the hiring manager
They gave little to no feedback throughout this process. After reading reviews from other candidates about TA's ghosting them, I pulled out before the last coding challenge. It's really not worth the time and effort, especially given how they scheduled interviews at the worst possible times.
The last interview I had was pretty frustrating. It was split into two parts with a surprise coding challenge – fun. One of the interviewers was quite awful; she wasn't very present, and when she was, she would ask me for answers I had already given, which caused some confusion.
Out of the five people I spoke to, only one seemed "human." It definitely did not seem like a place to work if you are looking for something other than a paycheck.

They hire you as a feature developer, but you get mostly unit test development and bug fixing work. They won't let you promote to the next level unless you are willing to move to a test engineer role.
