Pros: Company has a great culture. My team is outstanding - a group of very talented, but collaborative and helpful people. We all help each other achieve goals.
Cons: The company is growing at a rapid pace. It’s a good problem to have for people that like dynamic environments, but it’s probably not a fit for others that like a slower pace.

Cons: Management is toxic, particularly in sales and field engineering.
