The interview process initially involved a conversation with one manager, followed by a second interview with an additional manager. The third interview was with a technical person.
My technical interview with Databricks was bizarre at best and a total waste of time. I was interviewing with someone who did not even know his own questions.

Pros: Amazing leadership and vision for the company.
The focus on being a cloud-native platform was the perfect decision from the beginning.
Great sales leadership team to help pre-sales engineers understand the art of the sale.
Lots of growth opportunities within the company for ICs.
Best pre-sales team I've ever worked with (SAs and AEs).
Cons: Common growing pains when scaling from an early startup to a large startup include compensation reviews and learning about internal career opportunities. However, these have improved significantly since we've hired our CPO.

Pros: It's a great product that meets the moment "big data" is currently having. Very strong leaders. Solution architect peers are extremely strong and collaborative.
Cons: The Databricks platform encompasses a lot of territory, and even after a year, I still feel like I'm coming up to speed.
