The interview process is very lengthy, taking almost 2 months (8 weeks). This was for a referral. 1. **Recruiter Screen:** 30 minutes. Pretty basic questions on your background and salary expectations. 2. **Hiring Manager:** 30 minutes to 1 hour.

The interview steps were probably one of the toughest I have been through, but it was a positive experience throughout the entire process. They are flexible, but make sure to plan for extra time to complete the technical and soft skills evaluations.
