Pros: The French office has a very positive atmosphere with a supportive and friendly team.
The projects are diverse and stimulating. On top of that, the benefits offered are quite good and contribute to an overall satisfying employee experience.
Cons: Some internal processes could be improved to make day-to-day work more efficient.

Good balance of company name, total compensation, and work-life balance

Pros: Overall, it's a good place to be in terms of company recognition, total compensation, and work-life balance. Benefits include quarterly tech budgets, gym membership, and parental spending, among others.
As an individual contributor (IC), there are proper boundaries for respecting off-work hours and people in general, regardless of team.
As a manager, the boundaries are less respected, and one's happiness depends heavily on which leadership one reports to.
Cons: The leadership changes can be chaotic -- almost the entire chain of command was replaced in engineering. This results in constantly shifting priorities, team reorgs, etc.
Some of the key initiatives were unpopular, but they were never properly addressed in company town halls.
