Pros
  • Some office benefits, like fruit and very cheap drinks.
  • Work on the newest titles with many alternating projects within months.
Cons
  • Extremely low salaries, even for Spain. They offer 18k gross/year; you can barely make a living off it.
  • If you're not good friends with your immediate bosses/leads, you'll have no chance of permanent employment and will get all the tasks that are rated very low.
  • You might get a salary increase of 1k gross/year after working there for 2 years, if they are merciful and you've done enough overtime.
  • Loads of overtime on big projects. You might be working every day for 3-8 weeks. You get compensated for it, but if you say no, you'll have no future there.
  • As a contractor, you have no rights or benefits compared to a full-time employee. You better just shut up and do your job.
  • Contract extensions often get announced a week before your actual contract runs out; you never know how long you're going to be around.
Advice to Management

Pay your contractors a more decent salary and give them a bit more benefits.

It won't cost you a lot and will make life more stable for them because, in the end, it looks like you just want to achieve your numbers and take your own bonuses home.
