You get to work with the latest tech stack. The architects are quite knowledgeable, and working with them is a good experience.
The management expects you to work on weekends and complete work.
The bugs are not planned in a sprint; a developer is expected to work on them apart from their productive hours of work.
More than 90 percent of time is planned for active sprint work, where 7.5 hours are expected of you in a day. This is expected apart from everyday 2 - 2.5 hours of meetings, so it's openly asked to work for 10 hours a day.
In our team, the manager openly says, "Stretch on weekends and complete."
Please take care of your employees. A lot of them are unhappy. I think the reasons mentioned above make it quite clear.
