Applied online and was contacted about a week or so later to set up the first round, which is a phone screen. That lasted about 30 minutes and was with a current integration engineer. He was very positive about my chances and wished me luck.
That same day, I got an invite to their infamous online assessment test, which is their big weed-out test. I scheduled to take it a few days later and took their advice that "no advanced knowledge in any technical subject was required. No studying needed."
Well, I'll be honest, that test was hard as hell. I literally made up stuff and laughed because you definitely had to have prior experience in some coding language. I know very basic PHP, and I thought that would be enough. Nope.
Got denied two weeks later, but was expecting it. Overall, the process was alright. I really hate those assessment tests, but that is their prerogative.
